My creative media advocacy project is a mural that creates a visual of some of the impacts of deforestation, harvesting, and infrastructure on South American rainforests. This project was meaningful to me as my family is from Panama and I have several aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents that live throughout the entire country of Panama. Additionally, the images added into my mural, excluding the giant farmers, were all taken by myself on various trips to Panama.
